We’re probably years behind on these things, but fuck it, we love ‘em. Toy Watch Company’s Fluo and Crystal watch collections. Built from high strength polycarbonate plastics, TWC’s watches copy the style of iconic Rolex designs including the Submariner and all feature the classic Rolex designed Oyster Bracelet making them light, stylish and practical.
Any one who is a regular reader of culture and street wear blogs from across the pond, will know that stores on America’s East and West coast have got it pinned down when finding the balance between style and content, and even though there are a fair few retailers here in the UK with that get the content right, its a rare occasion to find a store looking as fresh as Glasgow’s Goodlife Store.
A few month back we reported on Chop Shop Store’s ‘WeRobot’ tee featuring famous TV and movie robots from across the ages and now carrying on with the same theme the guys come back with their newes Robot tee, Helbotica.
We’re a little bit late on this but if you’re in the Manchester area tonight then you should definaltly mosey on over to the opening event at the brand new Carhartt store on Oldham Street.
Running along side the store launch there will be an exhibition of work by one of the UK’s best illustrative talents Guy McKinley, titled ‘Black Rust’ and in addition to this there will also be music and live PAs from Broke ‘n’ English and Trus’ Me…and as always ‘Free Beer & Geer’, details after the jump.

London based Oki-ni has long been one our favourite places to head for a spot of online shopping. Long time collaborators with the likes of Kid Robot, Stone Island and Puma their collection of exclusive lines and unique pieces just seem to get bigger and bigger each season. This week they received their shipment from the very cool Silas Spring Summer 08 collection.
A few weeks ago we reported on the first of Trainerpotter’s collaborations with UK retailers and the release of their limited edition Windjammer designed by Huddersfield store SOI77. This week they drop the second, third and forth in the series with collaborations with Aberdeen based clothing store Attic.
The Trainspotter website had this to say “This Spring and Summer we have teamed up with owners and brothers Richard, Adam and Craig from the Attic store in Aberdeen in Scotland to create a trio of TS Jammers…”
Last week we reported on the NBFG x Addict collaboration Method Zip Hoodies hitting Addict stockists and stores across the UK. Well this week Durham’s very own Fourstore reported that they’ve just received their first shipment.
