The Fly53 in assoc. with Vice Magazine tour is well and truly out of the way with things coming to end on 31st May at Birmingham’s Rainbow club. Although we never managed to make it to any of the dates ourselves reports are that all three dates were bangers, attracting droves of happy happy dancey people.

Saturday 5th April saw the opening of Format, one of Newcastle’s newest contemporary art galleries and the launch of their first show Defector. Curated in league with North East based art/music collective The Ghetto Method, the show featured work from some of their flag ship artists including Mr Guy, Creative Ginger and Ben Lawson with a special appearance from Edinburgh resident illustrator Magda Boreysza.
