Prefab 77
On the 3rd July Newcastle’s Electrik Sheep will play host to the third solo show from UK art collective Prefab. The show entitled ‘Enemy of Promise’ will see a fresh new selection of original paintings, limited editions and hand finished prints hot of the heels of their sell out Covent Garden show.

“PREFAB imagery always has a British slant, a satire on modern British living, rebelling against the establishment, celebrating/mourning the passing of our great institutions, poking fun of the characters we come across in our streets, each print tells a story of modern Britain.”

“We love the rebelliousness of youth and their constant search to be different from their predecessors we also love the petty foibles of our betters and contemporaries without which we would have nothing to satirise. It’s in our hearts to rebel, to question the status quo, without such a drive we would still be sniffing each others farts in caves.”

The doors open at 6pm on July 3rd  and as with all Electrik Sheep shows its free entry and free beers.
