Star Wars x AddictOne of the UK’s finest streetwear labels, Addict has teamed up with non-other than Lucasfilm to produce a set of limited edition and fully licenced Star Wars tees. The set, entitled ‘Icon Series’, features artwork created by British artist and illustrator Mitch and depicts three of the more iconic characters from the original Star Wars trilogy, Sandtrooper, Boba Fett and Biker Scout.

Having once worked as the apprentice of fellow artist Swifty, Mitch is no stranger to the commercial art scene and describes his work as ‘hip hop surrealism’. He has worked on countless projects for the likes of Howie B, The Bees, 55DSL and Amp Fidler, applying his trade to everything from fashion to video production and his work is now synonymous with new music and club culture.

As part of the UK product launch on March 8th, Addict will be hosting a events at their flagship store on London’s Earlham Street. The event will include an appearance by Jeremy Bulloch, the actor who originally played Boba Fett in the film trilogy, aswell as giving the first 30 lucky customers the chance to get their hands on a limited edition print signed by Mitch.

Like previous limited edition Addict releases the ‘Icon Series’ tees will come in illustrated custom boxes and will be available online and in select retailer throughout the UK.
